Our studios are earthy and modern in design. Here, the ecological and sustainable timber frame construction method was used, which offers a particularly pleasant indoor climate. The modern design of the house is also reflected in the interior.

The studios are equipped with air conditioning and have a comfortable living area with 43 inch TV, a bedroom with double bed, as well as a bathroom with rain shower and a separate toilet. In the studios there is a kitchen equipped with a 2-burner stove, microwave oven with hot air and grill function, refrigerator including freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, high quality dishes, wine glasses. From the terrace with table grill you overlook the whole garden lake and enjoy the far view up to the Ötscher mountain.

The private themed garden is dreamy, romantic and very harmoniously designed, and offers either a sauna or a fire water tub under the open sky - just the right thing to enjoy time for two.
